Minsk Team at the end of the campaign
a miraculous moment
There are no other words other than – ‘WE DID IT’! 100 people from around the world, came together, pulled together and collectively worked to hit the fundraising goal of £200,000 to build a long awaited stunning memorial on the long forgotten Brest-Litovsk Jewish cemetery in the south of Belarus. Actions speak louder than words and truly there was so much action over the 19th and 20th May. We are excited beyond words that our campaign was such a success. This memorial will be the first of its kind and will show how cultural heritage is pivotal in shaping a cohesive and inclusive civil society. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated and supported. What an amazing step forward.
