Ingredients:
- 4 firm pears
- 340g honey
- 4 egg yolks
Method
This dessert is a simple but elegant traditional dessert of the famous noble family from Belarus.
Preheat the oven to 375F, 190C
Wash and dry the pears, cut into halves lengthwise, core and place on a greased baking sheet, or ovenproof dish.
Blend the honey with the egg yolks and pour over the pears.
Bake for 15-20 minutes
