Ingredients
- 6-7 tbsp grated fresh white horseradish
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
Method
Brown the grated horseradish with butter in a pan. Mix in the sour cream, add some salt and bring just to the boiling point on low heat.
Remove from the heat. Refrigerate for up to a day before using.
Serve cold with smoked salmon, hard-boiled eggs and in fact whatever you like…it’s a winner!
