a month of historic monumental achievements
In this month’s newsletter we reflect on a momentous chapter in The Together Plan’s journey—one marked by historic achievements, new beginnings, and heartfelt remembrance. On 28th July, after 12 years of tireless dedication, we witnessed the sacred unveiling of the Brest-Litovsk Jewish Cemetery Memorial, a testament to the power of collective memory and restoration. Just weeks earlier, a landmark agreement was signed to establish Belarus’s first Holocaust and Resistance Museum in Novogrudok, followed by an inspiring symposium to shape its future—an initiative led by our partners and co-founder Artur Livshyts. Meanwhile, our Northern England network continues to grow, strengthening bonds of community and shared purpose. Amidst these triumphs, we pause to honour the life and legacy of a hugely valued volunteer Sam Wirth, whose unwavering commitment to the Brest Memorial campaign left an indelible mark on our hearts and this sacred project. As we celebrate how far we’ve come, we look ahead to the journeys still unfolding and thank you all for your unwavering support.
All the best
