We are seeking a passionate volunteer to join our eBay team and help transform donated goods into vital funds for the Together Plan. Your responsibilities will include selecting, photographing, listing, packing and posting sold items, managing customer communication and responding to buyer questions. You will also play a key role in maximising sales through engaging listings and creative presentation.
your responsibilities
- Selecting suitable inventory from donated goods
- Researching and listing the items for sale in our top-rated eBay store ensuring that prices are very competitive
- Ensuring that appropriate photographs are taken for each item to boost eBay sales
- Packaging sold items promptly and efficiently before posting them to the buyer
- Maintaining accurate records of listed and sold items
- Responding to email inquiries from potential buyers

required skills / experience
- Basic knowledge of eBay and online selling platforms
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take clear photographs and write accurate descriptions aided by AI descriptions
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and online payment systems
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
