The participants of the Making History Together Programme are asked to create two pictures depicting a world full of positivity and a world full of negativity. Here is a selection of some of the contributions:
This canvas represents the ever changing many elemented essence of a society I would wish to live in – which accepts newness, and without the monotony of everything white washed. The red is for fire – the ever changing nature and warmth of fire.
This canvas represents the frozen monotonous society that I do not want to be in. Where the order to be the same is etched into the very fabric of it. Looking closer you can see other colours – representing diversity which has been covered by the ice.
