And You Chose Life
A Tribute to Jewish Heroism in the Holocaust
JW3, together with World Zionist Organisation and the Israeli Business Club, invite you to a special memorial event on the Eve of Yom Hashoah.
The evening will include:
- The fascinating documentary film And You Chose Life, based on the biography of Shraga Dgani, a partisan who fought against the Nazis and for the establishment of the state of Israel
- Israeli choir – Tzlilondon, conducted by Ira Kalechman
- Guest speaker: Ms. Debra Brunner, the co-founder and CEO of The Together Plan, in her lecture ‘Cultural heritage, preservation of memory and Jewish Belarus‘
- Q&A panel with Mrs. Orna Shuman from Israel (daughter of Shraga Dgani), Mr. Doug Dalgleish (film editor) and Ms. Debra Brunner
