Behind the Team

Every World Cup needs a starting XI.
So does reviving a community.

Behind every archive search, every memorial, every personal story we preserve and every community we support, there's a team you don't see - kept on the pitch by donors like you.

The Together Plan

For over a decade, we’ve been working to revive Jewish community life in Belarus — a country that was once home to one of the largest Jewish populations in the world, and where that history was nearly erased.

We help people trace their ancestors in Belarusian archives, restore memorial sites, preserve personal stories and support communities. From Minsk to Nesvizh, we work to keep Jewish history visible, meaningful and connected to the community that remains. And everything we do is in support of the Jewish communities in Belarus - giving them a voice, creating opportunities to connect, creating places to meet, pray and learn about their own hidden history and to reconnect to their Jewish identity.

Meet the Squad

Six programmes in the plan, doing the visible work. None of them play a minute without the team behind them.

01

Archive Search Service

We help families uncover records, names, documents and lost connections from Belarusian archives.

02

Memorials and Heritage Sites

We research, document and protect Jewish memorial sites and erased community histories.

03

Personal Stories

We collect and share personal histories so voices from the past are not lost.

04

Humanitarian Aid

We support people and communities through practical aid, care and connection.

05

Book Translation and Publishing

We translate and publish work that keeps Jewish Belarusian history accessible.

06

Making History Together

We deliver education, community projects and public heritage work for future generations.

The Bench

No player takes the pitch without a squad behind them.

Videos don’t search themselves. Memorials don’t build themselves. Every programme above runs because essential operational costs are covered.

01

Rent and Office Costs

Keeping the base running and giving the team a place to work from.

02

Staff Salaries

Supporting the researchers, coordinators and people who carry the work every day.

03

Archive and Research Access

Covering the tools, permissions and systems that keep archive work moving.

04

Shipping and Logistics

Moving humanitarian aid and resources to where they are needed

05

Translation and Publishing Costs

Turning research and stories into accessible, shareable material.
